Lindsay Bruggeman, LPC - Lindsay received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Penn State University. Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and currently works as an outpatient therapist with children, adults, families, and couples. Lindsay also provides clinical supervision for clinicians that are currently seeking professional licensure. Lindsay has 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings that have included: psychiatric inpatient, outpatient, drug and alcohol, and various in-home based services that include family-based therapy.
Lindsay specializes in grief counseling and works extensively with grieving children and their families. Additionally, Lindsay is also certified in trauma-based therapy as well as family therapy. Lindsay uses a variety of approaches that include: Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy.
Jennifer DeAngelo, CFRE - Jen is the Assistant Vice President of Development at York College of Pennsylvania. She has nearly fifteen years of development experience including working with Penn State athletics and acting as the Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Services at Lock Haven University. Most recently she acted as Owner and Lead Consultant for ABLE Fundraising Consultation. Jennifer is pleased to be back in South Central PA as she graduated from Trinity High School in Camp Hill. Jennifer is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
Andrew Grate - Pastor Andrew Grate was born and raised in Ohio. He studied at God's Bible School & College in Cincinnati, Ohio where he graduated with a bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Religious Education) with a major in missions in 1993. Directly following graduation, he married Rhonda, to whom he has been married for 25 years. They have two children, both residing at home. Andrew worked 11 years in Christian education; three years as supervisor of various grade levels including grades 4 - 12, and eight years as principal. Currently, he is pastor of Parkville Bible Church in Etters, Pennsylvania. He enjoys wood working and projects requiring a creative spin. His passions include sharing Christ by promoting family unity, family functionality, and teaching fatherless children with the love and nurturing necessary for developing the life skills needed for proper future parenting
Troy Miller, CNP, CFRE - Troy serves as the Vice President of Development at York College of Pennsylvania. Previously, he served as the Senior Advancement Officer at York College. Miller brings over 25 years of experience to his role. Prior to coming to York he served as Senior Director of Development at Auburn University's Harbert College of Business in Auburn, Ala., Executive Director and Chief Development Officer at the Lock Haven University Foundation, and Director of Individual Giving at Penn State University. He is proud to be back in South Central Pennsylvania, where he grew up and graduated from Middletown High School. Miller earned his bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Writing from Temple University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive.
Alicia Miller - Alicia is the founder and owner of MarkIt, a public relations and communications consulting firm located in York, PA, that specializes in advertising, public relations, and social media. Alicia brings more than 25 years of experience helping businesses and non profit organizations with their communications needs.
Alicia received her Bachelor of Science in Communications from PennWest, Clarion in 1998. Since then she has served as the Marketing Coordinator for Shipley Energy, Director of Marketing for ROCK Commercial Real Estate, Marketing & Business Services Director for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Interim Marketing Director for the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, and Strategic Marketing Consultant for Partners & Harrison. In addition, she has served on the York MS Leadership Advisory Council for the Central PA Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, as President of the Junior Board of the YWCA, on the Board of Directors of the YWCA, on the Advisory Council for the Women's Business Center Organization, and as the Sub-Committee Chair on the Alumni Engagement Committee for Leadership York. Now, Alicia brings her expertise and passion for communications to the advisory board of Families Renewed, Inc.
Alicia is a wife and the mother of two beautiful children. She and her family life in York, PA.
