Paige
Yet another child we have worked with is Paige. Paige is 16 years old. We first started working with her when her father left the family. She was 11 at the time. During the following five years, we have helped to provide for the financial needs of the family and provided male "father like" guidance for Paige. We have helped her work through personal problems, helped her with school and homework, and guided her as she has worked through her various life events. She sees her mentor as an extended part of her family and reaches out to him when she is looking for that "father like" influence.
